SEXUAL HARASSMENT POLICY
The Palette and Chisel Academy of Fine Arts (P&C) is committed to providing a safe environment for all its participants free from sexual harassment. P&C will operate a zero tolerance policy for any form of sexual harassment on the premises, treat all incidents seriously and promptly investigate all allegations of sexual harassment. Any person found to have sexually harassed another will face disciplinary action, up to and including: permanent discharge for an employee, member, student or participants, revocation of membership, and/or a permanent ban from P&C facilities and property. All complaints of sexual harassment will be taken seriously and treated with appropriate respect. No one will be victimized for making such a complaint in good faith.
Unwanted flirtatious, inappropriate or sexual comments or unwanted touching or similar actions involving two parties on our premises are prohibited. If the comments or actions persist in spite of expressed displeasure from one of the parties, either in person or through mediation, that will constitute Harassment or Sexual Harassment by the Palette & Chisel.
